Tikka Paste is rich with aromatic spices, including cilantro (coriander), cumin, paprika and ginger. It is ideal for barbecues and grills. A recipe suggestion for Macchi Tikka (Chicken Tikka) is provided on the bottle: Mix 4 tbsp of Tikka Paste with 1 tbsp of yogurt and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve hot with Basmati Rice and Indian breads.
